Eligibility Criteria for ITBP Recruitment
Candidates must possess either of the following qualifications from a recognized university:
- A Degree with Psychology as a subject.
- OR A Degree with Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or Bachelor of Teaching or equivalent.
2. Age Limit :
- Candidates must be between 20 to 25 years of age as on the crucial cut-off date (27th October, 2026).
- Candidates should not have been born earlier than 28th October, 2001 and later than 27th October, 2006.
- Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation is available up to 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), and as per rules for Ex-Servicemen and Departmental candidates.
Selection Process & Scheme of Exam:
The recruitment process will be conducted in three major phases:
- Phase-I (PET & PST):
• Male: 1.6 Kms Race in 7.30 mins, 11 Feet Long Jump, 3.5 Feet High Jump.
• Female: 800 Mtr Race in 4.45 mins, 9 Feet Long Jump, 3 Feet High Jump.
2.Physical Standard Test (PST): Height, Chest, and Weight screening.
2.Phase-II (Written Examination): 100 Marks objective-type Multiple Choice test (OMR or CBT) with no negative marking for a duration of 2 hours.
